Recipe #10 - Fried Tofu Sisig
INGREDIENTS
I didn't have specific measurements for the Ingredients. It really depends on the amount of Tofu that you'll cook.
- Tofu
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- White Onion
- Spring Onions
- Mayonaise
- Oyster Sauce
PROCEDURE
1. Slice your tofu into small cubes.
2. Deep Fry your Tofu. Pull it out of the oil once it turns brown. Then re-fry it again to make it more crispy
3. Sautee your garlic. The follow it with your white onions
4. Add your Mayonaise and Oyster Sauce. Ratio is 2:1 (2 Mayo 1 Oyster Sauce).
5. Mix them all together.
6. Add your fried tofu. Then mix together. Sprinkle your Spring Onions. Then add salt & pepper to taste.
7. Transfer to plate then serve!
